Hey there! So, Konami just dropped some exciting news—they’re hosting a Silent Hill transmission stream later this week, giving us a sneak peek at Silent Hill f. This new game has definitely reminded us that sometimes it’s totally okay to let loose and mix things up a bit, especially with those capital letters!
Lately, we’ve seen a few awesome Silent Hill tidbits, like that stellar Silent Hill 2 Remake thanks to the collaboration between Konami and Bloober Team. But it’s been a minute since we’ve had a new mainline entry in the Silent Hill series. That’s where Silent Hill f steps in, ready to fill that eerie gap.
Anyway, mark your calendars for March 13, when the Silent Hill transmission kicks off at 10 PM GMT. For those in different time zones, that’s 3 PM PDT and 6 PM ET. We’ll pop the livestream link into this article once it’s available, but the official Silent Hill YouTube channel is probably where you’ll catch all the action.
So, what can you expect? Here’s Konami’s teaser: “This Transmission will uncover SILENT HILL f.” The game’s director, Al Yang, chipped in with his excitement, saying, “Excited to finally be able to share what we’ve been cooking.”
If you need a bit of a refresher, Silent Hill f was first revealed during a transmission back in 2022. It was announced alongside the SH2 remake from Bloober Team. Neobards Entertainment is taking the lead on development, with Ryukishi07—famous for the When They Cry visual novel series—penning the story.
Our Silent Hill whiz, Kelsey, described the initial Silent Hill f teaser, which showcased a creepy flower hat, as “rather fascinating and stylized.” So, if you’re into heart-pounding scares, this showcase should definitely be on your radar.
