Okay, so there’s this game, right? It’s called Bridge Constructor Studio. Sounds intense, huh? Anyway—wait—yeah, it’s out now for PC VR, PlayStation VR, and PS VR2. I mean, I didn’t even know VR was still such a big thing. But here we are.
So, ClockStone Studio made it—those folks did LEGO Bricktales too, I think. And Headup is publishing it. It first popped up on Quest last December, like a secret sneak peek or something. Now it’s everywhere—well, on all big screens anyway. And it’s the first VR thing they’ve done in this whole bridge-building chaos they started in 2011. That’s over a decade! Makes you wonder, right? Who still loves building bridges virtually?
Okay, back to the point. There’s a campaign—like 70 puzzles or so. You’re doing these constructions that kind of look like tiny 3D dioramas. Cute, I guess? You’ve got all these materials: wood, steel, you name it. And, fun part, there’s no budget cap. Spend all you want! But if you’re thrifty, you get new rewards. Makes no sense, yet it does—know what I mean?
So you’re in five different places—biomes, they’re called. Snowy canyons or whatever. And the vehicles? Oh man, from transport trucks to pizza vans. Seriously. Sidebar: why pizza vans? But hey, maybe it’s cool?
And five profiles too, in case the fam wants in without messing up your stuff. Because, you know, sharing is caring, until your sister deletes your level. Real talk!
If you’re itching to get it, it’s on Steam, GOG, EGS, PlayStation, and the Meta Quest thingy. But, mixed reality? Guess what—Quest 3 only. Exclusive club vibes.
That’s pretty much it. Go build a bridge or something. Or just keep reading this. Feels like one of those choices you gotta make, you know?
