Man, I stumbled upon this wild deal for a game on the PS Store. Not sure why I’m telling you, but here it is. So, there’s this game – “Children of Morta” – from 2019. It’s going for, get this, $4.39. Crazy, right? Dead Mage made it and 11 Bit Studios published it. Part of some ‘July Savings’ promo thing. I think it’s 2025 now? Or was it? Anyway, you can play it on PS5 too. Packed with stuff.
So, what’s the buzz? Well, they slashed the price by 80%. Yep, you read that. Oh, and they threw in deals on these little add-ons for the game. The Ancient Spirits DLC is like $1.74 if you have PS Plus. $1.99 if you don’t. Not that it’s a big difference, haha. And then there’s Paws and Claws DLC for just $0.69 with PS Plus. $0.79 without. Seriously, how low can it go?
Thinking about it – the complete edition’s like $26.99, so yeah, this is kind of a no-brainer if you ask me. But hey, you’ve got until July 17. Mark it down or something. That’s your deadline, folks.
The game itself? It’s all about this Bergson family. Yeah, seven playable characters. “Embark on the adventure,” or at least that’s what they say in the official blurb. Sounded dramatic. The world’s corrupted or something, and these guys are the guardians of Mountain Morta. Gotta take down some ancient evil. No biggie.
Got local co-op, Family Trials mode – which I guess means more chaos, separate from the main campaign. Different systems, items, yada yada yada. You get the idea.
All in all, it’s a bundle of fun, or so they tell me. At that price? Kind of hard to say no.
