‘Forefront’ VR Shooter Launches Open Alpha for 16v16 Multiplayer Action

I stumbled upon this thing. It’s called Forefront, and it’s like, if you smashed together a full-on battlefield and virtual reality. Popped up out of nowhere, really. Caught me off guard. I mean, imagine it: crazy 16 vs. 16 matches, and you’re in it, in these big ol’ spaces with tanks and helicopters buzzing around. Wild, right? Anyway, they’re letting people test it out—had to stress those systems, I guess.

Triangle Factory’s at it again. You know them? Did that Breachers game. Gunplay’s probably gonna be tight—like, really tight. I’m talking gadgets and stuff, too. Most of these VR shooter games seem to stop at maybe 8 vs. 8 battles max, but nah, these folks are going all out with full-scale chaos. And, it’s not just shooting; you’ve got vehicles, like proper military stuff.

Oh, right, it’s coming to all those Quest thingamajigs—Quest 2, Quest 3, whatever’s next—and also on Steam. Feels like they’re aiming for the stars with this one. Let’s see if they hit it.
