Whoa, okay, so there’s this new thing happening in Love and Deepspace, that game everyone’s blabbing about. It’s called Submerged Eclipse, and brace yourself, starts today and runs until July 1. I mean, for a “limited” event, it’s not exactly short, you know? Loads of stuff to dig into, especially if you’re into Rafayel.
Side note, there’s some hidden content trapped behind cookie settings. Why do they make life so complicated?
Anyway — okay, focus — Submerged Eclipse is all about this Sea God and his bride vibe. Oh, and Rafayel’s got this shiny new form, the Lemurian Sea God Companion. That’s a mouthful, right? Anyway, it’s like they just love throwing Rafayel’s face everywhere. It’s his third Myth pair. First time this has happened for a character. Guess they really like the guy.
Now, fans were probably thinking a sixth character was on the horizon. But surprise, surprise! They’ve just decided to stretch out the backstory of the characters we’ve got. Spices things up a bit, I guess?
More quirks – there are some shiny, new, limited 5-Star Solar-slot Memories. The names? Mistsea Descent and Mistsea Lament. You get these through some event Wish Pool thing—a cool 150 gacha pulls and they’re yours.
Once you’ve got those, Rafayel’s Lemurian Sea God? Boom. Unlocked. Plus, there’s a 3-Star Memory, Distant Prayer, and a 4-Star Memory Pair called Tidefall Waves and Tidefall Allure. Free, via Merling Oath. What’s up with these names anyway? They sound all dreamy and mysterious… or maybe that’s just me.
Also, Rafayel’s got this combat outfit now. Really amps up the Sea God thing with fresh dialogues and animations. And hey, there’s a new myth, Tears of Romirro, it’s out today. It’s a gripping tale of star-crossed love, but with extra magical sea vibes.
Wait, there’s more! Core Hunt mission rewards just got doubled, and there’s a fresh round of the Hunter Contest (v9.1 or something). Zayne fans, you lucky ducks, there’s something for you too – a daily check-in thing.
Don’t forget, July 1 – that’s the deadline. If you’re curious, there’s a video up there somewhere. And if you’re diving into this dating sim for the first time, there’s a bunch of guides for Memory Pairs and the whole shebang. Oh, and free stuff codes. Because everyone loves free.
Okay, that was a trip. Who knew diving into a game update could feel like storytelling bootcamp?
