Sure thing, here’s the reworked piece:

Okay, so there’s this VR game—Animal Company—that got a new update. Kind of wild how they decided to throw in an ‘Arena Mode’. Until now, it was all about this extraction-style thing called ‘Adventure Mode’. I think it was like, a nod to Lethal Company from back in 2023. Now it’s a shootout, 6-on-6 style. Imagine a squad of six going against another, and the chaos that promises, right?
Anyway—where was I? Oh yeah, the inspiration—they’ve kinda borrowed a page from Minecraft’s ‘Bed Wars’. So, both sides are given a base to protect, and there’s this big battlefield in the middle. Pistols, shotguns, pickaxes—whatever makes sense at the moment. The goal? Trash their ore before they trash yours. By the way, the ammo doesn’t run out. Endless shooting. Spray and pray.
Oh, and they’ve been rolling out a lot of extras too. Tech Trees, Mining updates, and Planetarium stuff. Not sure why they dropped those. Maybe to shake things up for anyone bored with just shooting? Who knows. Life in VR, I guess. They’ve also mapped out some new zones like The Office, and there’s a Parkour Tower—wouldn’t catch me up there—seems risky.
Honestly, Animal Company’s been on a roll since it came out last July on Quest. It even kicked Gorilla Tag out from the top spot—a spot it’s still holding. Strange how quickly these things shift, huh?
You can snag Animal Company for Quest 2 and above from the Horizon Store without paying a cent. Well, unless you count micro-transactions (ugh), because they’re totally in the mix for cosmetics and currency bundles. Gotta make money somehow, I guess.
